FAQ1) What if the gift I ordered is personalized incorrectly?
Our store policy reflects our customer satisfaction policy: exceeding your expectations. If we incorrectly personalized an item, we will replace the item as soon as possible at our expense. Although we are unable to replace an item if the personalized information was entered incorrectly, we will offer you the opportunity to replace your item at a 20% discount. 2) How can I view the status of my order? Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view 3) What are your shipping costs? You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. 4) What are your shipping policies? The Looking Glass ships to locations within the continental US. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories. 5) What is your returns policy? We create your gifts just as you order it. We encourage you to review your personalization information before confirming your order. We will provide immediate returns or exchanges for both quality issues and personalization errors made on our part. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for either (a) the same item or (b) immediate full refund. Please Note: Personalized items can only be accepted for return if there is a manufacturing error or product defect or if the personalization error (e.g., misspelling) is an error on the part of The Looking Glass.
